Its Time to Part!!

Well after 2 1/2 years of it sitting in my closet I have decided to part with my wedding dress!! YES, I'm selling it!! I was encouraged by a good friend of mine (thanks Angela) So please keep me in mind if you know anyone that might be getting hitched this year!! If you DO know someone that is interested leave a comment and let me know, and we will talk about price!! Thanks :)

It's Maggie Sottero Couture, Tayla style. A size 6. With many, MANY alterations, it has been made temple ready. It is made of chiffon, which might sound weird, but it just hangs on your body and takes its form, and makes your body look rockin!! Has beautiful detail work of swarovski crystals, and mixed beads in a design that is absolutely stunning. It has a corset back (lace up back), which is nice so you can really sinch it up and make it figure flattering. And there is even more bead work on the back of it too, as you can see in the pictures. The train is not big but just big enough for a simple girl. I wanted it a little bit more stream lined so I didn't wear any skirt underneath, but you can were a poof skirt underneath if you wish to give it more volume. But I would NOT reccommend wearing a hoop skirt, for the skirt part of the dress will show the rings of the hoops!! These pictures are not great and don't nearly do it enough justice, so I will be more than willing to show it in person, and also to some fittings!!

How sad! It totally makes sense! I have mine sitting in Emmett's closet and I wish there was some stylish way to decorate with it or something! Your dress was a beauty!

Hi my friend! I have been on vacation for two weeks so Im so sorry I haven't talked to you about the neighborhood intruder. I have STORIES that will make you laugh. I will have to call you but I just wanted to make a comment because I am such a sentimental person. Are you sure you want to sell it??? It is so beautiful and do you think there would be a chance your daughter would just love to see it some day? I still have mine and yes it is huge but I like to take it out of the box, try and squeeze it on and remember the most beautiful day of my life when my family began. I know it sounds cheese but what will you really do with that money when you sell it vs. having that dress forever. Just think about it before you do it. Im just a sentimental fool!!!! Call me tomorrow.
